Pure cow ghee, cold-pressed oils, stone-ground spices, and gram flour milled in small batches. The flavour starts with the ingredients.

Slow heat, a heavy iron kadai, and a watchful eye. Nothing is rushed — the right colour and aroma tell us when it's done.
